HAURAKIAN

The Haurakian is an active organization for ex-pupils and friends of Ngatea District High School/ Hauraki Plains College.
It values our unique history, celebrates success and fosters pride in our school and community. The Haurakian is funded by donations which can be made at any time. Regular contact is made through quarterly broadsheets and reunions.

HAURAKIAN CHARITABLE TRUST INC

The Haurakian Charitable Trust was founded by a group of Haurakians to support the continuing development of Hauraki Plains College for the future. The Haurakian Charitable Trust celebrates the past while seeking to invest in the future. It has four current projects

  • the 'Hayward' farm
  • Development of 11 Orchard Rd
  • the development of a capital fund
