In Zone:
- Parents / Whānau and students are requested to make an appointment to meet with a member of the Senior Leadership Team prior to enrolment.
- Please bring a birth certificate or passport and proof of address to the meeting and a copy of the latest school report.
- Before an enrolment is accepted, we contact the previous school to support each student’s transition and to ensure the student is placed in the right course for learning.
Out of Zone:
- Every year we accept a limited number of out of zone enrolments.
- Refer to the map below for the Hauraki Plains College enrolment zone.
- The ballot for Out of Zone enrolments for 2025 closes on 28 August 2024 at midday. Ballot is drawn and caregivers are notified 4 September 2024.
- We are holding two Out of Zone Information Evenings: 28 February and 14 August 2024 at 6pm. If you are wanting to attend, please email marya@haurakiplains.school.nz
