Student Leadership

Developing student leadership is important at all levels and there are many opportunities for
students to lead in their River groups, Student Council, Sports and Cultural teams and in service in various ways in the community.

All Year 12 students undertake a formal leadership training programme and at Year 13, students are given formal leadership roles including:

Head Boy and Girl Academic Cultural and Arts
Hapu (House) Hospitality International students
Media Multicultural Peer Support
Sports Social Student Rep on Board of Trustees
Student Voice Welfare
